Joel Frame | Lead Pastor
Joel has served as Lead Pastor of Hope Church since 2022. He and his wife, Tracy, have six kids, and together they share a deep passion for foster care and recovery ministry. Joel has been in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction for eight years, and his own story of God's grace shapes the way he pastors and preaches.
Joel's favorite authors and theologians include N.T. Wright, Eugene Peterson and Michael Heiser, among many others. In his free time, Joel enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and watching his kids participate in sports and plays.
Cameo Godinho | Formation Pastor
Cameo serves as the Formation Pastor at Hope Church, where she delights in helping people grow deeper in their walk with God. Her journey at Hope began five years ago as the Children’s Pastor, and she brings that same heart for discipling the next generation into her work equipping the whole church. Originally from California, Cameo and her husband moved their family of four kids to Nashville and love calling Tennessee home. She holds a deep passion for foster care, intercessory prayer, international missions, and teaching the Bible—especially witnessing that "lightbulb moment" when someone learns how to read and unpack Scripture for themselves. She is currently continuing her theological education as a student at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Mason Ingram | Operations Director
Mason serves as Operations Director at Hope Church, where he oversees the systems and rhythms that keep the church running well. He loves working inside the creative process, learning what makes it move, and building the kinds of systems that give creativity and inspiration room to flourish—approaching his role not just as keeping things organized, but as clearing the way for people to do meaningful, God-honoring work together. He and his wife, Nicole, moved to Nashville in 2020 after more than a decade in New York City, where Mason worked as a session musician. They've called Hope Church home since 2023 and are raising their two sons here.
Jacque Jordan | Kids Ministry Director
Jacque serves as the Kids Ministry Director at Hope Church, where she’s been attending since April 2025. She earned her M.Div. from Tozer Theological Seminary at Simpson University in May 2026 and is currently working toward ordination and licensure with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. Jacque has been in Nashville since 2013, where she attended Belmont University and studied Songwriting with a minor in Religion and the Arts. Jacque loves doing life alongside the unhoused and at-risk communities in Nashville through music and conversation with People Loving Nashville and Room in the Inn. She finds her deepest connection to Jesus, and sees His heart most clearly, while serving kids and the unhoused. For fun Jacque loves good coffee and is trying to learn how to kick-flip.
Zach Bevill | Elder
Zach, his wife Marna Jane, and their two kids have been a part of Hope since 2019. Zach has lived in Nashville for more than twenty years and spent the majority of those years working in the music business. Currently, he serves as the Director of Communications & Engagement at Siloam Health, a nonprofit that provides affordable health care for immigrants with nowhere else to turn. Zach also serves as the chair of our elder team. He is passionate about practicing the presence of God, loving his family well, spending time outdoors, and all things baseball.
Wendy Jans | Elder
Wendy, her husband Eric, and their two kids have called Hope home since 2021. With a deep passion for both music and youth, Wendy serves as Hope’s Upper Room Youth Ministry Leader and as one of Hope’s Worship Leaders. Additionally, Wendy serves as Worship Minister for Emmaus, a weekly gathering where neighbors come for food, community, prayer, and worship. She homeschools her two amazing theater kids and, in 2026, released Tether my Heart, a musical project and scripture study that uses original songs to remember and understand God’s Word more deeply. Wendy is grateful for the messy, beautiful privilege of walking alongside people who love the Lord and continually remind her that God’s grace is always bigger.
Joey Godinho | Elder
Joey, his wife Cameo, and their four kids moved to Nashville from California (by way of Florida) several years ago. Joey is the Director of Restoration at People Loving Nashville where he works with people who are unhoused and helps provide pathways to healing and stability. This includes the founding of Paradeisos Coffee Company which provides employment opportunities for those with few other options. Joey is passionate about exploring the Bible, creating community, and enjoys slow Saturday mornings with a cup of coffee and his guitar.
